Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

The role is responsible for the overall management of clients’ projects. They run the day-to-day management of projects and ensure that they are completed successfully. Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and maintain the company’s content, among many other tasks. They also will measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.

Contribute to driving daily/weekly/monthly revenues/other business objectives, across campaigns. Timely setup and execution of marketing campaigns (with varied scales).

As a growth performance associate, help to drive direct new acquisitions through integrated marketing channels. As a coordinator of the D2C marketing team, you’ll be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing D2C campaigns & drive efficiencies to deliver on the objectives.

Job Location - Madrid, Spain :

  • Responsibilities: Manage the content that the business posts to social media, Develop strategies that drive customers to the website, Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website, Create paid campaigns on social media platforms, Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms, Create email blast campaigns to target key customers, Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign, Keep up to date on the latest social media trends.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant digital marketing experience with deep understanding of the adTech ecosystem with hands-on experience with existing and upcoming technologies (e.g., programmatic). Strong network in the ecosystem with the key digital marketing agencies and partners (esp. including Facebook, Google and large digital platforms). Strong stakeholder management, project management and collaboration skills Solid process orienteers along with high bias for action. Innovation mindset with ability to take risks to experiment and bring innovations to the table. Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
