The role is responsible for driving key growth initiatives, measuring marketing performance, and using key levers to drive business growth. Manage business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy. Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of clients’ products and services across Spain and Europe region. You are someone with a strong experience in relationship building with large brands and/or hyperscaling startups. You have been instrumental in leading a team while driving performance and social media campaigns.

Lead the strategy and ongoing evolution of the brand tone-of-voice across all social channels. The incumbent is responsible for owning and managing all the social media channels for the brand. Lead strategy and execution of the company’s Advertising, SEO, and related lead-generation and digital marketing/branding.

Job location: Madrid, Spain :

  • Responsibilities ● Execute data-driven growth & marketing campaigns focusing on key metrics, marketing funnel, and acquisition costs.</br> ● Identify growth levers, and plan marketing activations ● Monitor and optimize funnel performance including liaising with business and sales teams, and calling teams. ● Report key funnel metrics including acquisition costs, spends, and conversions across channels. ● Drive partnerships with external stakeholders for profitable growth. ● Work with multiple stakeholders to implement cross-functional marketing campaigns. ● Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of marketing campaigns. ● Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary based on an understanding of data and user behavior.
  • Requirements ● Should have relevant experience in Growth Marketing/Digital Marketing with minimum 8+ years of experience ● Strong understanding and prior experience in digital marketing, communications, and content marketing. ● Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels. ● Master's degree in management or BS/B.Tech or equivalent experience from a top-tier college ● Preferably worked at a fast-growing consumer internet start-up ● Must be data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● High degree of ownership in taking things to completion ● Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations ● We are looking for a marketing leader to accelerate the core growth metrics.
